The MASK GT2-R mask was designed and built with the patented "Carbon Silky" soft, scratch-resistant carbon system
An exclusive product able to protect in an optimal way thanks to the use of composite materials such as carbon which offers maximum lightness, resistance, quality and the use of surface technopolymers that adapt with maximum ergonomic fit, this composition creates the structure called CASE, in the front part there is the CERTIFIED TNT filter replaceable from the inside which protects and filters from insidious agents and dusts.

Manufacturing process
The MASK GT2 is completely made in Modena (Italy) with a high-tech artisan process with the aid of composite materials and processes used in the production of components in the MOTO GP, FORMULA 1, AERONAUTICAL, AEROSPACE and NAUTICAL racing sectors that offer products very light and with very high structural resistance qualities.
These additional procedures have been further elaborated and shaped in order to obtain products with soft and semi-soft structures to improve wearability, abrasion resistance with great results not yet in common use as PATENTED
and adopted only for the realization of special details.
All the available versions are made of composite materials protected by scratch-resistant technopolymers which insulate the main materials.

The masks are made up of a structural part called CASE, this main component of the mask is made with hi-tech materials with special treatments at high temperatures and high pressures that have obtained the certifications for use in the health sector.

The filter masks do not have the CE mark and are produced in derogation from current regulations for use aimed at the community, to be used as a precaution in compliance with the provisions that are continually suggested to us, (social distancing of 1 meter, washing hands often ...)
Intended for the use of a disposable FILTER, with certification as filtering fabric for Type I and Type II surgical masks - EN 14683.
Bacterial filtration test (BFE) carried out by the Department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental Engineering (DICAM) and the Department of Medical and Surgical Sciences of the University of Bologna according to the UNI EN 14683:2019 standard - Report 001/2020: average result 99 .8%
Cytotoxicity test carried out by the Department of Clinical and Biological Sciences of the University of Turin according to the UNI EN 10993-12:2012 and UNI EN 10993-5:2009 standards: vitality > 70%
To date, the masks can be classified for use aimed at the community, as per Legislative Decree 18 of 03/17/2020 (articles 15 and 16) and subsequent interpretative note (prot.3572 of 03/18/2020). In particular, the art. 15 introduces derogatory provisions and specifies the technical characteristics and safety requirements of the masks and PPE produced and placed on the market during the current emergency situation, as well as the relative authorization procedure to be followed.
The final tests and analyzes relating to the standards are underway: for the certification of surgical masks

Mask GT2-R "CarbonSilky" - Intended use
Intended for precautionary purposes, permitted by art. 16, co. 2 DL 18/2020, by the population, who are in any case required to respect the social distancing provisions and the additional precautionary rules to contain the spread of the virus.
The subsequent interpretative note of the Ministry of Health (prot. 3572 of 18/3/2020), specifies, above all, the scope of application of art. 16 and, in particular, the distinction between the measures envisaged in favor of workers and those envisaged in favor of the community; for the former, the use of specific safety devices is prescribed, for the community, filtering masks without
of the CE mark and produced in derogation from current regulations, which ensure that they do not cause additional damage or risk.
For the production and placing on the market of masks for use by the community, it is also specified that the authorization procedure provided for by art. 15 of the same Legislative Decree 18/2020.

On request, we can further customize the external visible part with silk-screen printing, logos and special varnishing
The masks consist of a structural part called CASE, a removable part from the inside called FILTER and ACCESSORIES such as detachable and adjustable elastic bands for correct adaptation to the face.
